Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an eligible item bought online, UK distance-selling rules generally give consumers a 14-day cancellation period beginning the day after delivery. After cancelling, the consumer generally has a further 14 days to return the goods. There are statutory exceptions for certain products and circumstances.
How to cancel

Returning an item
After telling us you wish to cancel, please return the item to the return address we provide. Unless the goods are faulty, not as described or another statutory exception applies, you may be responsible for reasonable return postage where this was disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
Once a cancellation is validly made, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. Unless the law permits otherwise, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the original order. Where permitted by law, a refund may be withheld until the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, please contact us promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
